(solved) ULink2 & EzSBC2 in Keil MDK = "Flash timeout"

I've connected my ULink2 to the EzSBC2 board as follows:



I see the device correctly identified in the JTAG/SW window (SWDIO 0x2BA01477)

But, no matter how I try I always get a "flash timeout" when trying to access the flash. I even wrote my own flash programming file just in case. No go.

It is as if reset fails to fire.

Has anyone tried Ulink2 with the EzSBC2 ? What am I missing ?

I also connected to the J2 SW header. Same result.

UPDATE: works perfectly after ULINK2 firmware update
